I created my own meditation to calm myself while having an anxiety attack. Maybe some of you will try it out as well and let me know whether or not it works for you.
- Sit/lay comfortably. Turn off the tv and any music or unnatural sound. Light incense or a candle if you’d like. Close your eyes.
- Focus on your breathing for a few minutes. Feel your breath through your nose, down your throat, throughout your chest, and into your stomach. Breathe deep and full. Breathe just as slowly out your mouth.
